• State law on the chambers for the medical professions "Heilberufsgesetz (HeilBG)"
  Rhineland-Palatinate of 20 October 1978 (Law and Official Gazette (GVBl.) pg. 649; 1979 pg. 22), revised compilation BS 2122-1, as last amended by the Third State Act on the Amendment of the Health Professions Act (Heilberufsgesetz) of 14 June 2004
• Professional Code of Conduct
  Pursuant to § 14 in conjunction with § 19 of the Health Professions Act (Heilberufsgesetz) of 20 October 1978 (Law and Official Gazette (GVBl.) pg. 649; 1979 pg. 22), as last amended by the by the Third State Act (Drittes Landesgesetz), amending the Health Professions Act (Heilberufsgesetz) of 14 June 2004 (Law and Official Gazette (GVBl.) pg. 332), revised compilation BS 2122-1, the revised professional regulations for dentists in Rhineland-Palatinate adopted by the Assembly of Representatives of the Rhineland-Palatinate Dental Association (Landesärztekammer Rheinland-Pfalz) on 19 November 2005 and approved by the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Family and Health in a letter dated 2 February 2006 (file no: 624-1 — 01 723-7.2), shall hereby enter into force.
• Law on the Practice of Dentistry (Dentistry Law (Zahlheilkundegesetz)
  dated 31 March 1952 (Civil Code, BGB1. I pg. 221) in the version published on 16 April 1987 (Civil Code, BGB1. I pg. 1225), last amended by the Act of 4 December 2001 (Civil Code, BGB1. I pg. 3320)
  
• Fee regulations
  Pursuant to § 14 in conjunction with § 19 of the Health Professions Act (Heilberufsgesetz), dated 20 October 1978 (Law and Official Gazette (GVBl. pg. 649, 1979 pg. 22), last amended by the Act of 14 June 2004 (Law and Official Gazette (GVBl.) 2004, pg 332), revised compilation BS 2122-1, the amendment of the fee regulations and the associated Annex 1 - Fees schedule - of the Rhineland-Palatinate Dental Association (Landeszahnärztekammer Rheinland-Pfalz) adopted by the Assembly of Representatives of the Rhineland-Palatinate Dental Association on 19/20 November 2004, in a letter dated 2 December 2004 (reference number: 624-1 - 01 723-18.2), shall enter into force.
